What type of grind should the coffee have?: It is recommended to use medium coarse-ground coffee. Finer ground coffee can make the coffee stronger, but it's advised not to use espresso grounds.

Does this coffee maker with grinder have an auto-shutoff?: Yes, it will automatically shut off after brewing coffee.

Why doesn't the coffee come out after a period of use time?: Please check if the water outlet filter in the water tank is blocked. If it is, the machine needs to be descaled for normal use.

How do I use the self-cleaning function?: Pour 14oz of fresh water and 20g of citric acid into the water tank, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Simply press the 'Capsule' and 'Ground' buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds to start the self-cleaning process.
