Learn how to make a cappuccino or latte coffee with our machines. Simply use DG or SBK milk capsules and espresso capsules. First, brew the milk froth using the milk capsule at gears 5-7. Then, add the espresso capsule and brew at gears 1-3. It's that simple!

To determine the right amount of water for your coffee, our machines offer seven levels of water volume adjustment. For espresso, select gears 1-3. For milk capsules and decaf beverages, choose gears 5-7. Gear 7 is suitable for Americano. Feel free to adjust the volume according to your preference.

If you experience leakage during coffee brewing, it may be due to improper use of capsules and coffee powder. We recommend using KOTLIE-recommended capsules and finely ground coffee powder. Additionally, remember to clean the filter bowl regularly.

If you notice hot water running from the rear black tube to the tank during brewing, rest assured that it is a normal pressure relief process. The hot water can be used again, so ensure that the water tank contains at least 300ml of water at all times.

In winter, coffee temperatures may be lower due to the ambient temperature. To address this, try rinsing the machine using an empty pod and the S.S filter before brewing the first cup. This will help warm the cup and the pod, resulting in a higher temperature.
