To clean the espresso machine, follow these steps: 1. For backflushing (each Group head): - Place a blind filter in the porta-filter. - Add up to 1/2 teaspoon (3g) of pure powder. - Insert the porta-filter into the Group head. - Activate the brew cycle for 10 seconds. - Stop for 10 seconds. - Repeat this process 5 times. - Finally, insert the porta-filter into the Group head, but this time without the Puro powder. Repeat step 2 five times.

2. Soak the filters and metal parts of the porta-filter in a solution of 1 teaspoon (6g) of pure powder per 32oz (1L) of hot water.
3. Let it soak for 30 minutes.

7. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon (3g) of pure powder per 64oz (2L) of brewer capacity directly into the brew basket.

Tips: - Use a wet cloth soaked in the pure powder solution to wipe down the spray heads. - Be cautious as the solution may be very hot.
