• No water coming out and flashing light: Remove the red rubber plug at the bottom of the water tank and follow the manual guide for initial use.
• Thin coffee and a lot of water left in the filter: Adjust the coffee grinding setting and ensure there is enough coffee in the filter.
• Inadequately frothed milk: Assemble the portafilter properly and release condensate water before making milk froth. Use cold whole milk at refrigerator temperature.
• Caking of fresh coffee grounds or insufficient coffee grounds after grinding: Regularly clean the interior burr of the machine.
